Candidate Training Program

The next Candidate Training Program series will begin on Thursday, Feb. 4 and will run every Thursday evening from 5:30 - 7:30 pm for six weeks.

This 6-session program series is held at the Wausau Region Chamber (map).  It provides attendees with information related to running for local elected offices, including school boards, county boards, city councils and village/town boards.  Whether you have plans to run or just want to know more about what is involved, this program will answer your questions and provide you with the tools to be successful.

If you are interested in attending this training program but are unable to participate during the upcoming dates, contact Sara Guild to be put on the waiting list for the next series and receive notice when registration opens BEFORE the general notice goes out.  Attendance will be limited to the first 15 registrants.
